Where does it come from?
Olive Leaf Elixir begins in our own conservation of 30,000 Eco-Certified olive trees in Spain. The leaves are selectively harvested during routine pruning, supporting tree health while ensuring only mature, high-quality leaves are used. After gentle cleaning and crushing, the leaves naturally release their bioactive compounds, including hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein—key olive polyphenols that contribute to its potency. The elixir is produced through an environmentally friendly process using mechanical cold pressing, centrifugation, filtration, and low-temperature concentration to help preserve these delicate compounds. No organic solvents or external water are added, resulting in a minimally processed, whole-leaf extract that retains a broad spectrum of naturally occurring components.
