Ascorbic Acid is used in F81 AHA + HT Face Serum , F83 HT + Vitamin C Face Serum , and F91 Corrective Cleansing Balm from OLIVEDA. Its inclusion protects and stabilizes the active ingredients and contributes to their efficacy.  By combining Ascorbic Acid with polypeptides from citrus pulp the absorption properties are amplified.  Due to its sensitivity to light and air, we use opaque, air-restrictive containers to protect it from oxidation.
