D’où cela provient-il ?

Xanthan Gum is derived from the fermentation of simple sugars such as glucose, sucrose, or lactose by the Xanthomonas campestris bacterium. The fermentation process produces a gel-like substance, which is then purified, dried, and ground into a fine powder. This process yields a versatile and natural thickening agent.

Quels sont les bienfaits ?
