I don’t usually splurge on myself, but one of my good friends became a consultant for Oliveda and convinced me to give the products a try. I’m a pretty frugal person, so this was a bit outside my norm — but I’ve been very happy with the results and feel they’re well worth the investment.

The reason I’m writing this review is to highlight the outstanding customer service I received. One of the products I purchased became unopenable — the top was sealed shut, with about two-thirds of the product still left inside. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to return the item for review. To my delight, they sent me a replacement bottle without hesitation.

I was so impressed with how Oliveda stood behind their product that I went ahead and refreshed my entire face care routine with another order. I’m also now trying the O/R Skin Tint — and I love it too!
