Should you be dissatisfied with your OLIVE TREE PEOPLE purchase for any reason, you can return it within 365 days of purchase. A valid proof of payment is required for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. After receiving the returned product and proof of payment, the refund will be processed within 14 days, depending on the original payment method.

OLIVE TREE PEOPLE products not purchased in one of our stores or through our website www.olivetreepeople.com cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds, advice, or support of any kind will be provided for products from unauthorized sources.

Depending on the condition of the returned product, OLIVE TREE PEOPLE reserves the right to refrain from refunding the purchase price if the product does not meet the above requirements.
