Our Refund and Return Policy:
For Our Retail Customers
● Products may be returned within 365 days from the date of receipt if you are not satisfied for any reason.
● Returns must be initiated through our Customer Support Team. Please list the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return, and any comments.
● Upon approval, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Please note that a €7 fee per order for this label will be deducted from your refund.
● Once the return is received, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and an email confirmation will be sent.
● Please contact our Customer Support Team if you have any questions.
For Our Waterless Beauty Consultants
● Products may be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt.
● The return process is the same as for retail customers.
Product Exchanges
● Product exchanges are available within 60 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Support Team to initiate an exchange, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Please note that a €7 shipping fee will be deducted.
● After we receive your return, a product credit will be emailed to you within 7–10 business days, which can be used for a new purchase.
Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Products
● If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately and provide a photo of the product.
● Please inspect your products immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.
● If requested, we will replace any such products. However, if an exchange is not possible, we reserve the right to issue a refund for the returned product.
● Statutory warranty rules and periods apply.
Important Return Information
● Returns must be initiated as described above; returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
● Once a return is initiated, the prepaid shipping label is valid for 14 days from the return initiation date.
● When returning your order, all included free gifts must also be returned.
● Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Sets, packs, and bundles must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted.
● Refunds will only be issued to the original payer using the original payment method.
● If OLIVE TREE PEOPLE products are purchased from unauthorized sellers or websites, we cannot offer refunds or support.
● Olive Tree People reserves the right to refuse a return or refund. Each case is evaluated individually, including but not limited to product usage, condition of returned items, return history, and account status.
● Ineligible or rejected returns—including those received outside the designated return window—are not eligible for a refund and will not be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
Shipping Address Accuracy Policy
● Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Orders are processed using the exact address provided at the time of purchase.
Address Changes
● If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the shipping address upon request.
● Address changes are not guaranteed, and once an order has entered fulfillment, the original address can no longer be changed.
● If you discover after checkout that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact the carrier immediately to request an intercept or hold (if available), as we cannot make changes once the order has shipped.
International Orders
● For international orders, address changes are not possible after the order is placed due to shipping and customs restrictions.
Delivered Orders
● If an order is delivered to the address selected and confirmed by the customer—regardless of whether the address was outdated, incomplete, or entered incorrectly—the order is not eligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
● We cannot retrieve or redirect packages once they have been delivered, and ownership transfers to the recipient at that time.
OLIVE TREE PEOPLE reserves the right to make the final decision if the returned product is found to be in unsatisfactory condition or if the above conditions are not met. For questions or assistance, please contact our Customer Support Team with your details, receipt number, and reason for return.
*The guarantee applies exclusively to OLIVEDA, LA DOPE, OLIVE ROSE, and OLIVEMUSH. The 365-day return period applies to retail customers, while Waterless Beauty Consultants have a 60-day return period.
