Cancellation policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form , but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

2) Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted or processed.

3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
