Kahai oil, also known as “liquid Amazonian gold,” is obtained from the nut of the cacay tree in South America and is naturally rich in linoleic acid and vitamins E and F. This combination provides the skin with intensive moisture and contributes to a balanced, even-looking complexion.

Thanks to its naturally occurring retinol content (vitamin A), this golden elixir helps improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It supports a firmer, more elastic-looking complexion. Combined with hydroxytyrosol, an antioxidant polyphenol from the olive tree, it helps protect the skin from environmental stressors, supports the natural skin barrier, and promotes a plump, supple, and elastic-looking skin appearance.

F87 Corrective Kahai Face Elixir absorbs quickly, is non-greasy, and leaves the skin feeling pleasantly silky. The lightweight formula helps oily skin appear more balanced and promotes a clearer, more even-looking complexion.

Application

Apply in the morning as an additional light care layer and use in the evening as part of your daily skincare routine. Warm 2–3 drops of the elixir between your palms and gently massage into the face, neck, and décolleté using light circular motions.

What do we stand for ?

We never list water as the first ingredient, unlike conventional emulsions. Our emulsion is completely free from added water. That’s why our olive leaf cell elixir (olea europaea leaf cell extract) comes first. However, water may appear in our INCI lists when it is part of other raw materials.

Our formulas remain unchanged, even when nature changes. For over 20 years we have been developing products in synergy with nature, and our recipes have always stayed the same. Year after year, nature gives us a new harvest with its very own nuances. This is why the color, scent and consistency of our products may vary slightly. These natural differences are an expression of our bioactive, untreated raw materials.

All fragrance components listed in our INCIs are compositions of essential oils. In accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation, these must be declared under the term “parfum” or “fragrance”; plant-based allergens are listed separately. As a matter of principle, OLIVEDA does not use synthetic fragrances.

Our products are vegan, with the exception of those that contain honey from our own beekeeping, collagen peptides, or goat milk powder.

Our products are part of our holistic approach: We protect overgrown mountain olive trees and obtain hydroxytyrosol from them, a naturally occurring polyphenol of the olive tree that we use in our formulations. The water we do not use in our products, we give back to people in Africa by building water wells.

Our products are made in Germany from the raw materials of our own organically and eco-certified mountain olive trees. They are bioactive, organic, and cruelty-free.
