Recommended Consumption

Shake the bottle before use. Suggested use: 2 pipettes or 1 teaspoon pure or with juices (such as freshly squeezed orange juice) 2-3 times before eating. Up to 10 ml per day. Children over 2 years take half of the recommended daily allowance for adults, up to 5 ml per day. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded.

I had COVID-19 three weeks ago and felt weak and tired for the next two weeks. For the past few days, I've been taking two droppers of vitamin C in my orange juice morning and evening, and I'm slowly noticing that I have more energy. Not completely yet, but I think this dose of vitamin C is a very good energy booster for my cells.
It tastes somewhat bitter when mixed with the juice, but is still drinkable and effective.
