Waterless Skincare Production Management (m/f/d)

What tasks would you have?

• Planning, management and control of the production area with regard to quality, adherence to deadlines and costs
• Monitoring, planning and optimization of production processes with regard to quality, quantity and availability
• Purchase of containers and raw materials
• Development, implementation and further development of a key performance indicator (KPI) system
• Ensuring smooth production processes while taking into account cost, capacity utilization and quality criteria.
• Capacity planning and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring using common production KPIs
• Planning and optimization of resource utilization and material expenditure
• Compliance with our quality standards
• Close collaboration with the logistics and quality management departments

What qualifications should you have?

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration/production engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant further training in the field of beauty and skin care.
• You already have several years of experience in production control and production planning, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
• You have experience in implementing development and optimization projects and processes.
• You possess strong communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness.
• You are an organizational talent and proficient in using MS Office.
• Cost-conscious behavior, teamwork skills, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile nicely.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.
