Waterless Skincare Production Management (m/f/d)

What tasks would you have?

• Planning, managing, and monitoring the production area with regard to quality, on-time delivery, and costs
• Monitoring, planning, and optimizing production in terms of quality, quantity, and availability
• Purchasing of containers and raw materials
• Development, implementation, and further optimization of a KPI system
• Ensuring smooth production processes while taking into account cost, capacity utilization, and quality criteria
• Capacity planning and monitoring of key figures using common production KPIs
• Planning and optimization of resource use and material expenditure
• Compliance with our quality standards
• Close collaboration with the Logistics and Quality Management departments

What qualifications should you have?

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration/production engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant further training in the field of beauty skin care
• You already have several years of experience in production control and production planning, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• You have experience in implementing development and optimization projects and processes
• You possess strong communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
• You are highly organized and confident using MS Office
• Cost-conscious behavior, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and assertiveness round off your profile in a meaningful way
• You have excellent language skills in German and English
