Green Retinol Face Elixir

The F82 Green Retinol Face Elixir from OLIVEDA combines, for the first time, the super beauty antioxidant hydroxytyrosol with green retinol (bakuchiol = alternative retinol) and vitamin A–rich kahai oil for a clearer and even more even-looking complexion. Bakuchiol targets fine lines and reduces the appearance of pores, while hydroxytyrosol together with kahai oil minimizes redness, counteracts pigmentation, and protects against oxidative damage. In addition, bakuchiol stimulates collagen production and thus actively counteracts skin aging.

Bakuchiol (green retinol), like hydroxytyrosol, is a vegan beauty molecule found in the leaves and seeds of Psoralea corylifolia, also known as Babchi, an Indian plant commonly used in Ayurvedic medicine. Hydroxytyrosol, by contrast, is autochthonously sourced exclusively from OLIVEDA’s own eco-certified mountain olive groves, particularly from the olive tree leaves, where the beauty antioxidant hydroxytyrosol is found at concentrations up to 3,000 times higher than in olive oil and helps the trees’ cells live for up to 4,000 years.

Application

After a serum, warm 2–3 drops of the elixir between your palms morning and evening and massage into the face, neck, and décolleté using gentle circular motions. Particularly suitable for sensitive skin.

What do we stand for ?

We never put water first, unlike conventional emulsions. Our emulsion is completely free from water. That’s why our cell elixir from the leaf of Olea Europaea (olive) comes first. However, water may appear in our INCIs when it is part of other ingredients.

Our formulas remain unchanged, even when nature changes. For over 20 years, we have been developing products in synergy with nature, and our formulations have always stayed the same. Year after year, nature gives us a new harvest with its very own nuances. As a result, an olive or apple harvest tastes a little different every time. Because we consciously work with bioactive, untreated raw materials instead of refined ones, these natural variations in taste, color, and scent are an authentic part of our products.

All fragrance components listed in our INCIs are compositions of essential oils. In accordance with the EU Cosmetics Regulation, these must be declared under the term “parfum” or “fragrance”; plant-based allergens are listed separately. As a matter of principle, OLIVEDA does not use synthetic fragrances.

Our products are vegan, with the exception of those that contain honey from our own beekeeping, collagen peptides, or goat milk powder.

Our products are part of our holistic cycle: We protect overgrown mountain olive trees and obtain from them the unique, most powerful naturally occurring antioxidant hydroxytyrosol, with which we create transformations in skin and lifestyle. The water that we do not use in our products, we bring to the people of Africa by building water wells.

Our products are made in Germany from the raw materials of our own organically and eco-certified mountain olive trees. They are bioactive, organic, and cruelty-free.
